This comfortable apartment has 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom and is capable of sleeping up to 5 guests – perfect for families or business stays!

The lounge area has a double sofa bed, with deep sprung mattress which offers a great nights sleep. Plus, a large flat screen tv to enjoy for a cosy night in!

The bright master bedroom comes with a double and single bed. Facing out over the beautiful Georgian Quarter – plus your very own smart TV!

The apartment has a sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels and complimentary shampoos provided.

Walk into our modern kitchen and you will find everything you need to cook up a feast – with a modern kitchen bar and stools. We provide all of the basics and even have a Nespresso coffee machine and pods for you to enjoy!

Our guests will have the whole apartment to themselves, please note the building houses 3 separate apartments and the hallways are communal areas. There is also a shared main door onto the street.

*Please Note: This apartment is in a residential area of Liverpool, no events are accepted at any time. We have CCTV in communal areas throughout the building*

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and you have to climb 1 set of stairs to reach it. There is no lift in the building.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 11am – Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
